This privacy policy (the “Policy”) explains the type of data that Excel Development Group, Inc. (“Excel”) collects, how that data is stored and used, and with whom that data is shared. The effective date of this policy is September 5, 2017.
Collected Information. Excel collects information provided by you, as a site user, when you submit a video for our review. Such information may include your name, email address, physical address, telephone number(s), and any other personal information that you choose to provide.
Storage of Information. Excel will store this information electronically in the United States and will take reasonable steps to help protect and secure your personal information. However, no data storage or data transmission over the Internet, or other means, is or can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Thus, Excel cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. Therefore, pursuant to Excel’s Terms of Use, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you transmit your personal information to Excel at your own risk.
Use of Information. Excel will use your personal information to communicate with you regarding your submissions.
Sharing of Information. Excel will share your information with third parties with whom we conduct business so that they may consider your submissions or provide us with business advice. If your information is transferred to a third party, the handling of your information will be governed by that party’s own privacy policy. Excel may also use or disclose your information if required to do so by law or under a good faith belief that doing so is required to conform to an applicable law or legal process served upon Excel. Excel will not sell your information as part of a customer list or similar transaction nor will Excel provide your information to a third party for a third party’s direct marketing purposes.
Children’s Privacy. Excel is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Excel does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent.
Policy Changes. Excel may update this Policy from time to time with such changes effective upon posting. Unless you consent to the new or revised Policy, we will treat your information in conformance with the Policy in effect at the time that you submitted your information.
Third Party Websites. Excel’s website may contain content hosted or served by third parties or link to websites operated by third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this policy do not apply to information gathered by these third parties. Excel is not responsible for the actions or privacy policies employed by any third party, and our hosting of third-party content or linking to third-party websites does not constitute an endorsement of the content or business practices of those third parties.
